PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-9 Applicant Maria Gonzalez is requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport to within 8 feet of the front property line in a SF-9 (Single Family Residential) District located at 1503 SE 22nd Ave, being Block 1, Lot 7, John Quarter Acre Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-10 Applicant Charlene McCalla is requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport to within 3’ of the front property line in a SF-9 (Single Family Residential) District located at 2104 SE 23rd Ave, being Block 2, Lot 24, Grandview Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON CASE 2024-12 Applicant Jeff Wright representing Expert Signs is requesting approval to permit the installation of a Video Display Sign as defined in the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, Advertising and Signs, Section 6-32 C, in a GR (General Retail) District, located at 1031 East Hubbard, being Block 36, Lot S PT of 3 & 4, Hitt Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-13 Applicant Tommy Tanner representing Mello Signs is requesting approval to permit the installation of a Video Display Sign as defined in the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, Advertising and Signs, Section 6-32 C, in a C (Commercial District), located at 1001 North Oak Ave., being Block 17, Lot S 60 of A , Wiggins Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
