The Speaker Card must be given to the City Clerk before the meeting starts. The Council requests that comments be limited to three (3) minutes. The Texas Open Meetings Act provides the following: (a) If, at a meeting of a governmental body, a member of the public or of the governme11tal body inquires about a subject for which notice has not been given as required by this subcliapter, the notice provisions of this subchapter do not apply to: (1) a statement of specific factual information given in response to the inquiry; or (2) a recitation of existing policy in response to the inquiry. Consider a resolution authorizing the discharge of a pistol, revolver, and shotgun on property located within the City boundaries of Mineral Wells, Texas. ( 13 ) 6. Consider appointment of City Council Budget Committee ( 14 ) 7. Consider resolution authorizing execution of Lease Termination Agreement between the City of Mineral Wells and MXROS, Inc. for property located at 422 Lee Road. ( 2 s ) 8. Consider resolution authorizing execution of Lease Agreement between the City of Mineral Wells and Ventamatic, LTD for property located at 422 Lee Road. ( 43) 9. Discuss and consider approval of the City to appoint the Mayor as the Chief Executive Officer and Authorizing Representative to act in all matters in connection with the Hazard Mitigation Comprehensive Drainage Plan Application and commitment of the City to 50% local matching funds to secure and complete the Hazard Mitigation Grant. ( 4 6 ) 10. Consider a resolution authorizing execution of a contract for engineering services between the City of Mineral Wells and Lockwood, Andrews, and Newman. ( 64 ) 11. Consider Change Request #7 to repair and replace EFIS coverings to the exterior walls at the Downing IP Building. ( 68) 12. Receive report from BRW Architects relating to Bank of America Building and consider action pursuant thereto. 13. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, the Mineral Wells City Council will recess into Executive Session (closed meeting) to discuss the following: a. §551.072: Deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value ofreal property. 14. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION: Council will reconvene into open session to discuss Executive Session items. 15.
