Consider approval of a Replat of 8.490 acres, being ABl 139, TR 1-1 , H Barnett, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas, to Lots 1and2, Block 1 of the Church of God Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. ( 7 o ) 12. Consider an ordinance releasing a .44 7 acre storm drainage easement and accepting a .104 acre storm drainage easement located on or near 2501 SE 14th Avenue ( 79) 13. Consider award of bid in the amount of $424,494.60 to Peachtree Construction, LTD. For the MH 379 Paving Improvements Project. ( 82) 14. Consider approval of the plans and specifications and authorization to advertise and receive bid proposals for the 16-inch Water Line Installation Project (Phase 1) on US Hwy. 180 West. ( 8 4 ) 15. Discuss and consider authorization for the procurement of a grant consultant to develop the application and submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant for a Texas Capital Fund Application. 16. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.071, the City Council will recess into Executive Session (closed meeting) to consult with its attorney regarding pending litigation: City of Mineral Wells v. Hanks, Cause No. C48039, 29th Judicial District Court. 17. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION: City Council will reconvene into open session to discuss and take action, if necessary, on Executive Session items. 18. Adjourn.
