PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2012-14- Applicants, Jeff Stricklon & Nazleen Makhani are requesting a Specific Use Permit in order to operate a “Package Store” as defined by the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance in a Commercial (C ) Zoned District located at 700 SE 6th Ave, Suite C. PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2012-15- Applicant, Consepcion Diaz is requesting a Rezone of Lots 1 & 2 in Block 16 of the Adds Addition ,located at 716 SE 8th Street from Limited Business (LB), to HUD-Code Manufactured Home District (MH). PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2012-16-Applicant, Weldon Glidewell, is requesting a Rezone of AB 708 TR 51 T&P RR CO #31, being an approximately 8.299 acre tract of land located in the 2800 -2900 block of Highway 281 North from Commercial ( C ) to Single Family (SF-9).
