PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2012-17- Applicant, Martin Trevino representing Hanson Brick, is requesting a Rezone of Lot 14 and Lot 15 in Block 23 of the Pasadena Heights Addition from HUD-Code Manufactured Housing (MH), to Heavy Industrial (HI). PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2012-19 Applicant, Martin Trevino representing Hanson Brick, is requesting a Replat of Lot 14 and Lot 15 in Block 23 of the Pasadena Heights Addition, to the Hanson Brick Subdivision Second Filing to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2012-20 Applicants, Kevin Cross and Edwin Lindquist of LSD Properties LLC, are requesting a Specific Use Permit in order to operate a “Package Store” as defined by the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance in a General Retail (GR) zoned district located at 2321 South Oak Avenue, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2012-25 Applicant, Palo Pinto General Hospital, is requesting a Final Plat being 3.408 acres out of the Southwest ¼ of Section No. 46, T. & P. RR. Co. Survey, Block “A”, E.O.B., Abstract No. 1159, Palo Pinto County, Texas, to Lot 1, Block 1, of the PPGH MOB II Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2012-26 The City of Mineral Wells, is requesting an amendment to the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Appendix B “Zoning”, Article 3. “Permitted Uses”, Section 3-1. “Use of land and buildings.”, Subsection A. “Land Use Table Legend”, by removing the Specific Use Permit requirement for “Package Store”, and making it a Permitted Use in the same designated zoning districts. ADJOURNMENT Posted in accordance with Tex.
