PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2016-9 Applicant, Barbara Corry is requesting a Replat of a portion of Lot 2 of Subdivision "B" in Block 13 of College Addition to The City of Mineral Wells according to Plat recorded in Volume I, page 532 of the Deed Records and a portion of Southwest sth Street lying adjacent thereto, Palo Pinto County, Texas and a Variance of 6 feet to the 80 foot front footage requirement in an SF-9 zoned district. PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2016-10 Applicant, the City of Mineral Wells is requesting (A) An amendment to the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Appendix B, Zoning, Section 3-3, Definitions in order to add a definition for "Ammunition Manufacturing and Distribution". (B) An amendment to the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Appendix B, Zoning, Article 3 Permitted Uses, Section 3-1 Use of land and buildings, in order to add "Ammunition Manufacturing and Distribution" as defined by Appendix B, Section 3-3, of the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances as a listed use in the LI (Light Industrial) and WP-A (Wolters Park-A) Districts to include special conditions.
