E.O.B., Abstract No. 1552, Parker County, Texas, to Lot 1, Block 1 of the Half Price Storage Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Parker County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2016-12 Applicant, Dennis Young is requesting a Specific use Permit in order to operate a Mini-warehouse facility as defined by the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance, in a C (commercial) zoned district located at 7703 Hwy 180 E., Mineral Wells, Parker County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2016-13 Applicants, Phil Carlisle and Xplore Operating, LLC, are requesting a Plat of 3.000 acres of land out of the Northwest% of Section No. 702, Palo Pinto County, Texas, to Lot 1, Block 1, of the Xplore Yard Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2016-14 Applicant, Barbara Corry is requesting a Variance from the 80% masonry requirement for all principal buildings and structures located in an SF-9 (single family) Zoned District as defined in the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Appendix B, Section 6-8, Masonry Exterior Requirements, Subsection (A) Residential Districts.
