CALL TO ORDER PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES Consider approving the minutes of the November 4, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING ON P& Z CASE 2019-17: Amending Appendix B of the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, the same being the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance (the “Zoning Ordinance”), which sets forth various regulations for land use in Article 3, “Permitted Uses”, Section 3-1, “Use of Land and Buildings”, to amend the Land Use Table to allow Single Family Dwelling in a Commercial District by a Specific Use Permit, and any necessary related amendments to the Code of Ordinances. All interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
