PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING ON P& Z CASE 2020-01: Applicant, Ray Mendoza, is requesting a Specific Use Permit in order to operate an “Auto Paint and Body Shop” as defined by the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance, in a C (Commercial) zoned district, at the building known as 3603 Hwy 180 West, located on the SE/4 of Section 52, Block A, E of B T&P RY Co. Surveys, Abstract No.972, Palo Pinto County, Texas. All interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
