PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE 2023-10 Applicants Michael Rankin and Charles Manis are request- ing the closure and abandonment of an undeveloped street, being that portion of Northeast 4th St (Hill St per plat) lying between Block 54 and Block 55 of O’Neal and Cunninghams Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, according to the plat recorded in Volume 2, Page 61 of the Plat Records of Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE 2023-11 Applicant First National Bank Albany/Breckenridge is re- questing a Replat of a 6.536 acres tract of land out of the Hitt Addition, an addition to the City of Mineral Wells, according to the plat as recorded in Volume 14, Page 591, Deed Records, Palo Pinto County, Texas, being all of Annex 1, Tract 1 as conveyed to First National Bank Albany/Breckenridge in Volume 2474, Page 70, Official Public Records, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
