PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE 2023-13 Applicants Kiran and Archana Patel are requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat being a subdivision of a 5.720 acres tract of land out of the northwest one-quarter (NW/4) of the T. & P.
