Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2 Board

Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #2 Minutes Monday, June 10, 2019 Meeting called to order at 5:32 pm. Members present: Chairman Mike Allen; Don Crawford, J.C. Colton, Richard Ball, Clarence Holliman, Scott Elder. Others present: City Manager Randy Criswell, Finance Director John Moran. The motion was made by Scott Elder, seconded by Jim "JC" Colton to approve the March 14, 2019 minutes with the change to add Jeff Fryer in attendance at that meeting. Financial Report- John Moran reported that the fund balance is approximately $257,000. After some discussion on funding a National Historic Register District study, the motion was made by J.C Colton and seconded by Clarence Holliman to approve $25,000 for the study. Motion carried unanimously. Discussion was held on funds to prepare an Opportunity Zone Prospectus for the City of Mineral Wells. Scott Elder made the motion to approve the expenditure of $25,000 for the Opportunity Zone Prospectus. The motion was seconded by Clarence Holliman. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
