Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #2 Minutes Thursday, March 14, 2019 Meeting called to order at 4:05 pm. Members present: Mike Allen, Chair; Christopher M. Perricone, Jim "JC" Colton, Scott Elder, Don CrawfordJ'ef-f F,.1 -e l', Others present: Margie Rose, Interim City Manager It was moved by Scott Elder, seconded by Jim "JC" Colton to approve the November 13, 2018 minutes, motion passed. There was no financial report. It was moved by Don Crawford, seconded by Jim "JC" Colton to approve the use of $22,500 from Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #2 as a possible grant match for the Texas Historical Commission Preservation Grant subject to legal counsel and City Council approval. Motion passed. There was discussion about Term Limits/Retroactive on the board. No action taken. Meeting adjourned at 4:51 pm
