That the City Council approve the request by Premiere Hospitality, LLC for a Retail Beer and Wine alcoholic beverage sales license, dba Staybridge Suites (3009 South Broadway), effective January 17, 2012. ********** The above motion by Alderman Withus, seconded by Alderman Olson, and carried unanimously. 2. That the City Council ratify the following administratively approved requests: a. Friends of NRA for a local permit to conduct raffles on September 24, 2011 at Grand International (1505 N Broadway). b. Little Flower Church for a local permit to conduct raffles on November 20, 2011 at Bishop Ryan High School (316 11th Ave NW). c. Christ Lutheran Church Women for a local permit to conduct raffle on December 12, 2011 at Bethany Lutheran Church (215 3rd Ave SE). d. Minot Lodging Expo LLC for alcoholic beverages sales Special Event Permit on December 1, 2011 at Command Center (1309 N Broadway). e. Nodak Racing Club for a local permit to conduct raffle on December 3, 2011 at Sleep Inn (2400 10th St SW). f.
