To the Honorable Mayor and All Aldermen: Following are the minutes of the Liquor/Gambling Control Committee meeting called to order at 4:19 p.m. on September 26, 2012: 1. That the City Council authorize a gaming site authorization extension of premises for MSU Alumni Association at the Grand International Inn – Candle Light Room (1505 North Broadway) on October 4 and 5, 2012 for a special event. ********** The above motion by Alderman Connole, seconded by Alderman M. Miller, and carried unanimously. 2. That the City Council authorize a gaming site authorization extension of premises for MSU Alumni Association at the Grand International Inn – Grand Ballroom (1505 North Broadway) on October 13, 2012 to conduct a Calcutta for a special event. ********** The above motion by Alderman Connole, seconded by Alderman M. Miller, and carried unanimously. 3. That the City Council authorize a gaming site authorization extension of premises for MSU Alumni Association at the Vegas Motel – Atrium (2315 North Broadway) on December 28-31, 2012 for a special event. ********** The above motion by Alderman Connole, seconded by Alderman M. Miller, and carried unanimously. 4. That the City Council ratify the following administratively approved requests: a. Minot Elk’s Lodge for a local permit to conduct raffle on January 5, 2013 at the Grand International Inn (1505 N Broadway). b. Little Flower Church Confraternity for a local permit to conduct raffle of November 18, 2012 at Bishop Ryan High School (316 11th Ave NW). c.
