To the Honorable Mayor and All Aldermen: Following are the minutes of the Liquor/Gambling Control Committee meeting called to order at 4:21 p.m. on March 27, 2013: 1. That the City Council approve the request by Rare Hospitality Management, Inc. for a Supper Club alcoholic beverage sales license, dba LongHorn Steakhouse #5500 (1707 22nd Avenue SW), effective August 1, 2013. ********** The above motion by Alderman Seymour, seconded by Alderman M. Miller, and carried unanimously. 2. That the City Council ratify the following administratively approved requests: a. Omicron Tau Honor Society in Nursing for a local permit to conduct raffles on May 5, 2013 at Taube Museum (2 North Main Street). b. Edison Elementary PTA for a local permit to conduct raffles on April 12, 2013 at Edison Elementary (701 17th Avenue SW). c. Dakota Cruisers, Inc. for a local permit to conduct raffles on September 14, 2013 at Vegas Motel – Convention Center (2315 North Broadway). d. MLT Employee Group March of Dimes for a local permit to conduct raffles on April 9, 2013 at MLT Vacations (2915 North Broadway). ********** The above motion by Alderman Seymour, seconded by Alderman M.
