Chairman Krabseth has requested that the City Council consider the agenda at its regular City Council meeting October 7, 2013 as follows: 1 Pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, we are requesting Committee and Council ratification of the following administratively approved requests: a. Our Lady of Grace Altar Society for a local permit to conduct raffle on December 14, 2013 at Our Lady of Grace Church (707 16th Avenue SW). b. Minot Y’s Men’s Rodeo for a local permit to conduct calendar raffle from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 at Minot Family YMCA. c. Beginning Experience of Western North Dakota for a local permit to conduct raffle on October 12, 2013 at the Grand Hotel Grand Ballroom (1505 N Broadway). d. First Lutheran Church for a local permit to conduct raffle on November 2, 2013 at First Lutheran Church (120 5th Ave SW). e. Sons of Norway to for a local permit to conduct raffle on November 23, 2013 at Scandinavian Heritage Center (1020 South Broadway). f. Larry Herslip Benefit for a local permit to conduct raffle on November 3, 2013 at Washington Elementary School – Common Area (600 17th Ave SE). g. Minot Elk’s Lodge #1089 for a local permit to conduct raffle on January 11, 2014 at the Grand Hotel – Candlelite I (1505 N Broadway). h. MSU Alumni Association for a site premises extension to include the Candlelite rooms at the Grand Hotel for two twenty-one (black jack) tables for the Minot Y’s Men’s Rodeo on October 11 and 12, 2013. i. MSU Alumni Association for a site premises extension to include the Atrium at the Vegas Hotel for a poker tournament on December 29, 30, and 31, 2013. j. MSU Alumni Association for a site premises extension to include the Grand Ballroom at the Grand Hotel for Calcutta at the Bowling Tournament Banquet on January 11, 2014.
