To the Honorable Mayor and All Aldermen: Following are the minutes of the Liquor/Gambling Control Committee meeting called to order at 4:41p.m. on April 30, 2014: 1. The City Council place and pass an ordinance, on first reading, to amend Section 5-1(Definitions), Section 5-3(Open Container and Public Consumption Limited)in Article I (In General) and Section 5- 22(License Fees; Split Payment Permitted) in Article II (Licenses) in Chapter 5 (Alcoholic Beverages), of the City of Minot Code of Ordinances to include growlers in the previously mentioned sections. ********** The above motion by Alderman Kevin Connole, seconded by Alderman Milt Miller, and carried unanimously. 2. The City Council approve the request by Pizza Boy LLC for a Specialty Restaurant Beer and Wine License, dba Uncle Maddios Pizza Joint (3310 16th St SW) effective June 1, 2014, subject to receipt of all documentation and approval by the Police Chief and Building Official. ********** The above motion by Alderman Kevin Connole, seconded by Alderman Milt Miller, and carried unanimously. 3. The City Council approve the request by Gourmet Chef Inc for a Specialty Restaurant Wine License, dba Gourmet Chef (122 Main Street South)effective May 6, 2014, subject to receipt of all documentation and approval by the Police Chief and Building Official. ********** The above motion by Alderman Kevin Connole, seconded by Alderman Milt Miller, and carried unanimously. 4.
