The City Council approve the request by ZZ Food Group, LLC for a Retail Beer License, dba J L Beers (2001 22nd Ave SW) effective September 1, 2014, subject to receipt of all documentation and approval by the Police Chief and Building Official. ********** The above motion by Alderman M. Miller, seconded by Alderman Berg and carried unanimously. 3. The City Council approve the request by The Starving Rooster, LLC for a Supper Club License, dba The Starving Rooster (30 - 1st St NE) effective July 8, 2014, subject to receipt of all documentation and approval by the Police Chief and Building Official. ********** The above motion by Alderman M. Miller, seconded by Alderman Berg and carried unanimously. 3. The City Council approve the request by Sweet and Flour Patisserie, LLC for a Supper Club License (Renaissance Zone), dba Sweet and Flour Patisserie (400 E Central Ave, Suite 103) effective July 8, 2014, subject to receipt of all documentation and approval by the Police Chief and Building Official. ********** The above motion by Alderman M. Bootlegrz for a special event permit on June 28, 2014 at the Magic City Harley Davidson parking lot (515 20th Ave SE). b. Applebee’s for a special event permit on May 27, 2014 at Hess Corp. (3015 1st St SW, Ste 20). c. Souris River Brewing for a special event permit on June 21, 2014 at Souris River Brewing parking lot (32 3rd Street NE). d. Beginning Experience of Western North Dakota for a local permit to conduct raffle on June 7, 2014 at Knights of Columbus (2601 N Broadway). e. Enbridge United Way Committee for a local permit to conduct raffle on September 15, 2014 at Enbridge Pipelines (2502 16th Street SW). f. Ebeneezer’s for a special event permit on July 11, 2014 at Ebeneezer’s east parking lot (300 E Central Avenue). g. Lamplighter Lounge for a special event permit on June 20th at Lamplighter Lounge parking lot (200 16th Street SW). h. Trinity Health Auxiliary for a local permit to conduct raffle on September 15, 2014 at Souris Valley Golf Course (2050 14th Avenue SW). ********** The above motion by Alderman M.
