The City Council will consider the agenda at its regular City Council meeting September 8, 2015 as follows: 1. Administrative Approvals Pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, we are requesting Committee and Council ratification of the following administratively approved requests: a. Minot Duck Race Committee to conduct a raffle on September 26, 2015 at Roosevelt Park b. Ebeneezer’s Eatery & Irish Pub for a special event permit August 14-16 c. Sevens Bar & Restaurant for a special event permit for a wedding reception at the Taube Museum of Art d. The Pour Farm for a special event permit on August 22, 2015 in the Harley Davidson parking lot (515 20th Ave SW). e. Edison Elementary School PTA to conduct a raffle and calendar raffle from September 15, 2015 through May 2016 f. Bishop Ryan Catholic School Boosters to conduct a raffle from September 10, 2015 through October 16, 2015 at MSU Herb Parker Stadium. g. Bishop Ryan Catholic School Boosters to conduct a raffle from September 15, 2015 through February 16, 2016 at Bishop Ryan High School Gym h. Bishop Ryan Catholic School Boosters to conduct a raffle from December 4, 2015 through February 2, 2016 at Minot City Auditorium. i. Bishop Ryan Catholic School Boosters to conduct a raffle on December 30, 2015 at MSU Dome j. Capri Bar for a special event permit August 22 for an outdoor event at 2030 Burdick Expy. E. k. Sevens Bar & Restaurant for a special event permit on September 19, 2015 for a concert at Minot Auditorium (420 3rd Ave SW). l. Minot Y’s Men Club to conduct a calendar raffle at the YMCA from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. m. The Tap Room for a special event permit on August 28, 2015 at 23 Main St. S. n. MSU Women’s Basketball to conduct a raffle from September 3, 2015 through October 31, 2015 at Herb Parker Stadium. o. Sidekicks Sport Bar & Casino to conduct a raffle on September 26, 2015 to benefit the Hanna Hall Education Fund.
