Discuss/Motion to approve quote from MultiMetal Inc. for installation of rear entrance roof at the WWTP in the amount of $19,985.00. 4. Motion to accept resignation of Ronald Hogue as Monaca Borough Rental Inspector effective immediately. 5. Motion to appoint Jeff Winkle-Winkle Inspection Services, as Monaca Borough’s Sewage Enforcement Officer, for a one-year term.  6. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 8-26, Multimodal Transportation Fund grant request road resurfacing. 7. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 9-26, Emergency Operation Plan for 2026. 8. Motion to approve pay application #5 to Mortimer Excavating in the amount of $464,119.20 for the PennVEST waterline project. 9. The festivities begin at 3:00 PM and continue through the fireworks finale. All details can be found on the borough website and Facebook page. • Friday, July 3rd Borough office closed for the 4th of July holiday that weekend. Trash schedule remains the same for the following week. • July 12th- Groove n’ Grub. The event will be held at George Washington Plaza from 6-10pm.
