Freeman as Legal Counsel through December 31, 2015 and Authorizing the Authority President to Execute a Contract Extension with Perry Freeman at a Price Not-to-Exceed $63,000. - Cullem 4. Adopt a Resolution Approving Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber and Schreck as Special Legal Counsel through December 31, 2015 and Authorize the Authority President to Execute a Contract Extension at a Price not-to-Exceed $152,000. - Cullem 5.
