Discussion is limited to issues of process and procedures, and the Commission does not take formal action on any items. 1. Strategic Planning Session: Discussion of Colton Hall Museum and Cultural Arts Commission Plan Goals and Priorities for 2017-2019 (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.)
