Review Commission Strategic Plan 2017-2019 and Provide Guidance to Staff (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 5. Approve Call for Art Selection Procedure (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 6. Receive a Report on the Monterey 250 Public Art Committee Activities (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 7. Receive a Report on the 2019 Colton Hall Evening Music Series Concerts and Provide Guidance to Staff for 2020 Concert Program (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) COMMISSIONER COMMENTS COMMISSIONERS may ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement or make a brief report on his or her activities. In addition, a Commissioner may provide a referral to staff or other resources for factual information, request staff to report back to the body at a subsequent meeting concerning any City matter, or direct staff to place a request to agendize a matter of business on a future agenda.
