Approve Submission of Community Foundation for Monterey County Grant Request for an Old Jail Interpretive/Exhibit Plan (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 4. Approve Monterey 250 Public Art Subcommittee Recommendation of "Giant Abalone"  Sculpture and the De Carvalho Mural to commemorate Monterey’s 250th birthday (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) 5. Approve Gift of Julie Ahearn’s Photograph of the Monterey Custom House (Not a project under CEQA, per Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061.) COMMISSIONER COMMENTS COMMISSIONERS may ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement or make a brief report on his or her activities. In addition, a Commissioner may provide a referral to staff or other resources for factual information, request staff to report back to the body at a subsequent meeting concerning any City matter, or direct staff to place a request to agendize a matter of business on a future agenda.
