Two neighborhoods arrived late: New Monterey arrived at approximately 6:02 pm, and Skyline arrived at approximately 6:10 pm. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. February 17, 2022 (Not a project under CEQA Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) Neighborhood and Community Improvement Program 3/17/2022 6:00:00 PM Committee Minutes Action: Approved Committee Member Rasch requested that item number two be amended to include information after public comment was received from John Sovereign. She asked to include a sentence saying Public Works Director Steve Wittry said letters would be sent to the defunded project submitters and information added to the website. Committee Member Ruccello introduced a motion to approve the February 17, 2022 minutes as amended. The motion was seconded by Committee Member Rasch. The motion carried by the following vote: AYES: 12 COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Heuer, Ruccello, Fields, Hanson, Tipton, Rowley, Whitney, Rasch, Whipple, Adam, Harrison, Peterson NOES: 0 COMMITTEE MEMBERS: ABSENT: 3 COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Aguajito Oaks, Deer Flats, Skyline ABSTAIN: 0 COMMITTEE MEMBERS: RECUSED: 0 COMMITTEE MEMBERS: INFORMATIONAL REPORTS & STAFF COMMENTS None. NCIP INFORMATIONAL REPORTS 2. NCIP Spokesperson Reports NCIP Chair and Spokesperson Heuer had nothing to report. PUBLIC APPEARANCE 3. Screen Preliminary Project Nominations for the NCIP Fiscal Year 2022/23 Program (Not a project under CEQA Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061) Action: Reviewed preliminary project submittals to determine project eligibility. Project DMB-10 was noted by Committee Member Fields as a duplicate and was removed. COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS Committee Members Heuer, Tiption, Fields, Whitney, Harrison, Ruccello, Duke, Adam, Peterson and Whipple discussed projects, noting items they would like marked as complete, from the full nominations list in Attachment 2 of the agenda packet. Public Comment was received from Hans Jannasch regarding project AM-3 and the neighborhood boundaries.
