FIELD TRIP
The Parks and Recreation Commission and staff met at the El Estero Park Center then visited
the following locations: El Estero Park Center, El Estero Large Group BBQ Area, Scholze Park
Center and Hilltop Park Center.

FIELD TRIP
The Parks and Recreation Commission will conduct a field trip on Wednesday, October
8, 2025, to review the following locations. The field trip will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the El
Estero Park Center. For more information, please call (831) 646-3866. No public
transportation will be provided.
1. El Estero Park Center, 777 Pearl St, Monterey (approximately 5:30 pm)
2. El Estero Large Group BBQ Area, 725 Pearl Street, Monterey (approximately 5:50
pm)
3. Scholze Park Center 280 Dickman Ave, Monterey (approximately 6:15 pm)
4. Hilltop Park Center, 871 Jessie Street, Monterey (approximately 6:45 pm)

The next regularly scheduled meeting is Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

The Parks and Recreation Commission meeting packet may be reviewed by the public at the
Monterey Public Library. Information distributed to the Commission becomes part of the public record.
