(To discuss/update the status of discussion with the union and discuss labor contracts. Therefore, the Board is asked to make a finding that premature general knowledge concerning on going and future discussions with the unions about labor contracts would clearly place the public body involved at a substantial disadvantage in keeping with 1 V.S.A. Sec 313 (1)). The Board then should move to go into executive session to discuss labor relations with employees and contracts in keeping with T. 1 Sec. 313 (A) and (B). 10. Adjournment
