Discussion of general time line for moving forward. 8. Other Business 9. Executive Session, this is a place holder in case it is determined there is a need for such a session. (To discuss the status of the an employment agreement or contract. Therefore, the Board is asked to make a finding that premature general knowledge concerning on going and future discussions concerning the employment agreement of the Executive Director would clearly place the public body or the person involved at a substantial disadvantage in keeping with 1 V.S.A. Sec 313 (1)). The Board then should move to go into executive session to discuss labor relations with employees and contracts in keeping with T. 1 Sec. 313 (A) and (B). 10. Adjournment
