Meeting Minutes of the Montpelier Conservation Commission September 13, 2012 Attendees: Dan Courier, Chris Hilke, Alex Hoffmeier, Shawn White, Erik Escelstyn, Geoff Beyer, Roy Schiff  Target Resource Overlay District (TROD) o Review of Planning Commission meeting by Chris. o Tiers (see attached table for variables in TROD map)  Tier 1 – Highest conservation value or public risk, no build.  Tier 2 – Moderate conservation value, consultation required outside growth center and recommended inside growth center.  Tier 3 – Low conservation value, consultation recommended outside growth center and resource not mapped inside growth center.  Tier 4 – Lowest conservation value, no consultation recommended.  Berlin Pond Update o Pond remains open. o Concerns still remain on commission. o Berlin and VT DFW considering fishing access and parking area.  Other Announcements o MCC member to begin regular attendance at PC meetings. Rotation recommended.
