MONTPELIER HOUSING AUTHORITY Regular Meeting February 17, 2015 The meeting was called to order at 7:50 p.m. by Chairman McCullough with Commissioners Coble, Larson and Zern present. Commissioner Audy was absent. Agenda Item II – Approve Agenda The agenda was reviewed and approved with no changes or additions. Agenda Item III – Approval of Minutes Commissioner Larson moved that the minutes of the December 16, 2014 regular meeting be accepted as written. Commissioner Zern seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Agenda Item IV – Review of Vouchers, Bank Statements and Financial Reports Vouchers and bank statements and were made available for Commissioners to review. Mrs. Troiano reported that there were no surprises or unexpected expenses showing on any of the reports. Pioneer subsidy is slightly less than budgeted but will change with the January subsidy which is a few hundred dollars higher. We have 104 vouchers under lease as of February 1. We are continuing to issue vouchers with the goal of increasing the lease-up to at least 110 by June 30. Gould Apartments continues to show a positive income with six months of the fiscal year left. We have paid the PILOT in full for this budget year. Agenda Item V - Executive Director’s Report There were no items in addition to the written report.
