MONTPELIER HOUSING AUTHORITY Regular Meeting November 20, 2018 The meeting was called to order at 6:50 p.m. by Chairman Larson with Commissioners Hanson, Schultheis, Stevens- Favorite and Zern present. Agenda Item II – Approve Agenda The agenda was approved with the following change: add election of officers after approval of minutes. Agenda Item III – Approval of Minutes Commissioner Stevens- Favorite moved that the minutes of the October 16, 2018 regular meeting be accepted as written. Commissioner Schultheis seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Agenda Item IV – Election of Officers Election of officers was held. Commissioner Zern moved that the following slate of officers be elected: Chairman - Edward Larson Vice-Chairman - Katy Stevens-Favorite Secretary – Jo Ann Troiano There being no further candidates, the motion was approved by acclimation. Agenda Item V – Review of Vouchers, Bank Statements and Financial Reports Vouchers and bank statements were made available for Commissioners to review. Mrs. Troiano reviewed the financial statements prepared by our fee accountant and answered questions. The in house financial statement was also reviewed. Mrs. Troiano reported that as of December 1 we will have 113 vouchers under lease with another being processed for January 1. Agenda Item VI - Executive Directors Report There was no written report. Mrs. Troiano suggested cancelling the December 18th meeting. The FY2018 audit will be available for the January meeting and there is not enough business to warrant a meeting next month.
