Public Presentations a. None II. Approval of July 17, 2017 minutes. a. Karlynn - Motion to approve. Chris - Second 3-0 – Approved. III. Financial Statements a. Overview of Budget with Board. i. Salary question in Rec. Center Salaries. ii. Explain where some the of budget items go. iii. Looking into some budget postings. IV. Old Business a. Proposal for Stair’s advertised. i. Stairs RFP/Site Visit Sept. 15th.. ii. Proposals Due September 27th. b. Seasonal Staff - Maintenance i. Hired another person for vacant position. ii. Challenge finding seasonal maintenance staff again this year. V. New Business a. Ski/Skate Sale i. Saturday, Oct. 21. ii. Two Credit check outs this year. iii. Volunteers needed. b. Facility Discussion and Future Project Ideas i. Plan for the future at pool house. ii. Look into planning Gender-neutral bathrooms. iii. Sun Shades – Check out Shelter Logic.  c. RecTrac Use Expanded i. Senior Center using RecTrac for Programs and Reservations. ii. All staff using program. iii. Developing templates for consistent reports. VI. Directors Report a. Day Camp – 108 per day average. b. 972 enrolled for season. c. Pump Track near flag pool at Rec. Field d. Electric Tractor Demo- Quiet, possible Cost savings in fuel. VII. Program Coordinator/Pool Director’s Report a. Program updates. i. 222 enrolled in Fall Soccer Camp. ii. 14 in Cricket program. iii. Creative Writing class with possible new instructor. VIII.
