Call to order Announcements and Citizens Comments Item 1 Discuss and take appropriate action- Minutes of Regular Session March 10, 2020 and Special Emergency Session March 24, 2020 Item 2 Discuss and take appropriate action- Awarding of Bid and Acceptance for 2020 Road Improvement Project Resolutions: Item 3 Discuss and take appropriate action- Resolution 2020-03 City Policy revisions, regarding City Holidays Item 4 Discuss and take appropriate action- Resolution 2020-09 Recognizing Fair Housing month Ordinances: Item 5 Discuss and take appropriate action- Ordinance 2020-05 Erecting Stop Sign at Timberline & Ridgewood Item 6 Discuss and take appropriate action- Ordinance 2020-06 Renewal of the City’s franchise with Oncor Electric Item 7 Discuss continuing Disaster Declaration and status in regard to current phases, recommendations from the Governor and Bell County Judge Item 8 Discuss and take appropriate action – Regarding Swimming Pool – Open or Close City Swimming Pool for the Season, in regard to abiding of the social distancing and limit of people, etc. Item 9 Discuss and take appropriate action- Budget adjustment to the Consulting Line item in Administrative Department Item 10 City Department, Boards, Committees, City Council or other reports, Item 10a Financial Reports for March and April Adjournment The City Council for the City of Morgan’s Point Resort reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development).
