The following policies have been adopted by BOPARC to provide guidance on this oral communication mechanism: o Each Public Comment is limited to three (3) minutes o If there are multiple individuals planning to comment on the same topic, one individual must be appointed to represent and speak for the group o All Public Comments should be directed to the BOPARC Board and not directed to individual Commissioners, other members of the public, or presenters o Comments must be relevant to the Board’s functions and responsibilities o Profane or vulgar language, partisan political statements, personal attacks and comments related to the conduct or performance of Commissioners or agency staff will not be tolerated o Public Comment is intended to be received without Board comment or response, unless the rules of order are suspended by the Chair for purposes of response and/or comment o The Chair has the right to exercise discretion in the implementation of this policy FINANCIAL REPORTS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT OLD BUSINESS: No Items NEW BUSINESS: Ice Arena Construction Project Timeline GENERAL BOARD COMMENTS ADJOURNMENT
