Morgantown Building Commission Meeting

2. Approval of Minutes: January 11, 2022
3. Public Hearing:
A. Conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed enactment by the Morgantown Building
Commission (the “Building Commission”) on third and final reading of a Bond Authorizing
Ordinance which would authorize and approve (i) the design, acquisition, construction and
equipping of improvements to certain existing facilities of The City of Morgantown (the “City”),
including City Hall, the Public Safety Building, the Norwood Fire Station and the City Public
Works Garage, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto (the “Project”); (ii) the leasing
of such Project property by the Building Commission to the City; (iii) the sale and issuance by
the Building Commission of its not to exceed $7,000,000 principal amount of Lease Revenue
Bonds (the “Bonds”) to finance the costs of the Project, to fund a reserve fund for the Bonds, if
any, and to pay costs in connection with the issuance of the Bonds and related costs; and (iv) the
execution and delivery of all documents which may be necessary in connection with the foregoing
and matters relating thereto.
4. Old Business:
