Status of plexiglass purchases for Eureka Gallery exhibit. B. suggested dates for opening. C. Plan for reception. 3. Promotion of exhibition thru city communications and writing news releases. 4. Postponement of WV Coal Assn-Xuzhou Nov. 30 energy conference on zoom. 5. Planning MSCC Fiscal Year Budget 2024-2025 (all), DUE January 2024. A. Balance in current budget $400 to $500 (estimate). B. Operations: 1) buy promo-materials, e.g. tote bags, small flashlights, other, and 2) Newsletter, Brochure pending, 3) budgeting for SCI Annual Meeing (July), annual dues ($610), protocol gifts, hospitality hosting of guests, Intl. Street Festival, $400 (April), and other activities. 6. Plan for recruitment of commissioners for existing vacancies.  OLD BUSINESS 1. Set Single Commission Meeting for Holidays. Propose December 7, 2023 (all). 2. Arrival Han Dynasty sculpture relief art exhibit package October 12. 3. Revise Exhibit Schedule (all): a. Nov., Dec., 2023 and Jan.-Feb. 2024. b. Venues proposed: MAC & Arts Walk, MHS, Art Bar, Eureka (Wiles Hill) in 2024 thru BOPARC. Updates by various members. 4. Report on Hispanic Month event and guest visitor. 5. No Action Taken: Xuzhou invitation to Mayor and City (November 2-4) China-U.S. Sister Cities Conference (Kunshan City, Xuzhou), Jiangsu Province. Sponsor: Assn. for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
