Morgantown Urban Landscape Commission / Tree Board — joint meeting Minutes, Wednesday, June 3, 2019, Council Chambers 1. ATTENDANCE: Joe Morris, Marchetta Maupin, Michael Hasenmyer, Melissa Wiles, Matthew Cummons, Daniel Brown, Greg Dahle, Dave Barnett, Jon Weems, Scott Cline, Doug Smith. 2. PRESENTATION: Doug Smith of MUB presented plans for multiple routes of the White Park water pipeline, and the members and Smith discussed each. 3. OPEN DISCUSSION: Members discussed the route options and reached a consensus on a set of recommendations. 4. MOTION: Tree Board chair moved to recommend either of the routes closest to Greenbag Road (designated as Alternate Route #3 and Alternate Route #8), with conditions to be specified in a written recommendation. Landscape design representative seconded. No members opposed. 5. ADJOURNMENT: Members adjourned without a formal adjournment.
