MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL Thursday, October 23, 2025 CALL TO ORDER The special meeting of the Moses Lake City Council was called to order at 6:06 p.m. by Mayor Swartz in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center. #1 Joint Workshop with Moses Lake School Board City Council, School Board Members, and representative staff of both discussed the Joint Use of Facilities Interlocal Agreement, multiple topics on water, school/police partnerships, and programs offered at CB Tech as well as their process to select eligible students. #2 Grant County 5-Year Homelessness Draft Plan Housing and Grants Manager Liz Murillo reviewed the proposed update to the countywide Homelessness Plan. Council provided changes that will be incorporated to the draft before presenting to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
