OTHERS PRESENT: Fred Snoderly, Municipal Services Director; Jovita Cantu, Municipal Services Administrative Assistant; and Nancy Cortez, Public Works Administrative Assistant. AIRPORT INSPECTION: The May inspection was done by Richard. OLD BUSINESS: A. LEASES: There was discussion regarding bank lending and the termination clause in the leases. Fred requested the Board to get a list of the specific issues lenders have with the lease. Tom felt the issue was that the Airport can terminate leases at any time. Tim would like to have some wording removed from the lease. Fred said he will discuss their concerns with the City Manager and City Attorney. Richard noted that the Airport lease committee was also working on these issues. B. GRAVEL ON HANGAR RD.: Fred reported that Mike is working up the costs to gravel the road. Tim asked if the road would be realigned. Richard felt that at some later date a realignment would be done. NEW BUSINESS: A. FENCE AND LOTS WEST OF HANGAR RD.: A drawing of the suggested fence placement and lots for the airport was discussed. The new placement of the lots would allow approximately 35 additional lots. There was also discussion on the placement of the fence on the east and west sides of the airport. Due to costs, it was felt the fencing of the airport would need to be done in stages. Richard thought it was possible to have the approved grant changed from a north to south project to an east to west fencing project. A motion was made by Tom to accept the plat plan. It was seconded by Darrin. The motion was unanimously approved. A motion was made by Darrin to ask T-0 Engineers to change the north to south fence to an east to west fence. The motion was seconded by Tom and approved unanimously. Fred will contact T-0 Engineers. B. VOLUNTEER TIME: Richard requested timesheets be turned in to the Public Works Administrative Office. C.
