The meeting was called to order by Richard Pearce. OTHERS PRESENT: Fred Snoderly, Municipal Services Director, Tracey Law, Public Works Technician, Delone Krueger, and Barry Lawson. MINUTES OF OCTOBER MEETING AND SPECIAL MEETING ON OCT. 1: A motion was made by Mr. Grant to accept the minutes as written. The motion was seconded by Mr. Jackson and approved unanimously. AIRPORT INSPECTION FOR DECEMBER: December inspection will be done by Mr. Pearce. JANUARY INSPECTION: The January inspection will be done by Mr. Jackson. OLD BUSINESS: A. LEASES: Mr. Snoderly reported that Deputy Mayor Daryl Jackson was to contact the City Attorney, to his knowledge this has not been done yet. Mr. Snoderly will follow-up with Mr. Jackson. B. IRRIGATION WATER FOR AIRPORT: The City Water Division has the work scheduled for next spring. C. PURCHASE OF PROPERTY FOR FUEL: Still in process. D. PROGRESS FOR NEW HANGARS: Travis Griggand Keith Coulson have backed out. Mr. Snoderly thought Automated Ag, LLC may still be going forward. E. COURTESY CAR: Mr. Pearce has no new information. Mr. Snoderly said the City's surplus vehicles are sent to auction. Mr. Snoderly will let the Board know when they go to auction. F. TIM ASKS, DOES THE CITY HAVE TAR CUBES FOR FILLING CRACKS: Mr. Prickett reported the taxiways are cracked. Mr. Snoderly will see about having it added to the 2021 Crack Seal contract. He will also have the Engineering Department check the main runway. NEW BUSINESS: A. SIGNAGE: Mr. Grant feels all of the runway signs should be on hinges which would prevent the signs from breaking at the concrete. There are some places where the concrete needs to be drilled to repair the broken signs. Mr. Grant also suggested there should be small signs made to put on the airport street signs indicating which lots are on those roads. Fred will meet with Mr. Grant and Mr. Jackson to see what is needed. B. VOLUNTEER TIME: Turn volunteer sheets in at Jackson Flight Center. C. OTHER: The City has received the CARB loan agreement back from the State. Final paperwork needs to be signed by the City. Fred has contacted the company with the used fuel system. The cost of the system is $120,000. He has also spoken with WSDOT Aviation on a company that can move, install, and certify the fuel system. There may be some site preparation necessary.
