MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD SPECIAL MEETING, MARCH 29, 2022 Aspecial meeting of the Moses Lake Airport Advisory Board was held in person and remotely on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 6 p.m. at the Airport Operations Building. Board members present were Tim Prickett, Richard Pearce, Finley Grant, and Darrin Jackson. Tom Dent did not attend. Others present were Dave Bren, Municipal Services Director; Mayor Dean Hankins, Council Member Deanna Martinez, and Council Member Judy Madewell along with airport tenants and members of the community. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Prickett. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss airport goals. Mr. Bren presented four options for developing an airpark on adjacent city property. The Board members expressed a desire to have the City Council make them a commission or Public Development Authority and give them the authority to manage the maintenance of the airport; and to create a lease that would be acceptable to the tenants and the Council. Development of the airpark could be decided by the City Council. The special meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. Tracey Law, Public Works Technician
