OF October 12, 2023
Commissioners Present: Nathan Nofziger (Chair), Charles Hepburn (Vice Chair), Gary
Mann, Adam Weber(remote) Susan Tao
Commissioners Absent:
Staff Present: Community Development Director Kirsten Peterson, Planning Manager
Vivian Ramsey, and Planning Technician Michelene Torrey
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Attendance was called by Secretary
Michelene Torrey.
Item # 1- Approval of Minutes from October 5th, Meeting
Commissioner Mann moved to approve the minutes for the October 5, 2023, meeting,
seconded by Vice Chair Hepburn.
Item #2- Mapping Exercise - The Commissioner and staff reviewed the Future Land
Use Map and current Zoning Map for locations that would be candidates for the new
Gateway Commercial Zone.
Meeting adjourned at 8:03 PM by Chair Nofziger.
