CITY OF MOSES LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES OF June 6, 2024 Commissioners Present: Nathan Nofziger (Chair), Charles Hepburn (Vice Chair), Gary Mann, Susan Tao, Adam Weber Commissioners Absent: Staff Present: Interim Community Development Director Vivian Ramsey, Planner Amy Harris, Long Range Planner James Bagley, and Planning Technician Michelene Torrey The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Attendance was called by Secretary Michelene Torrey. Item # 1- Approval of Minutes from May 16, 2024 and May 30th, Meeting Commissioner Mann moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Vice Chair Hepburn. Motion Carried Unanimously. Item #2 PUBLIC HEARING Moses Lake Unified Development Code The Continued public hearing was opened by Chair Nofziger.
