OF June 13, 2024
Commissioners Present: Nathan Nofziger (Chair), Charles Hepburn (Vice Chair), Gary
Mann,
Commissioners Absent: Adam Weber
Staff Present: Interim Community Development Director Vivian Ramsey, Planner Amy
Harris, Long Range Planner James Bagley, and Planning Technician Michelene Torrey
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Attendance was called by Secretary
Michelene Torrey. Commissioner Mann moved to excuse Adam Weber for his absence,
Vice Chair Hepburn seconded the motion. Motion Carried Unanimously.
Item #1 PUBLIC HEARING Moses Lake Unified Development Code
The Continued public hearing was opened by Chair Nofziger and no members of the
public came to testify.
The Public hearing remained open after the commencement of the public comment and
the hearing was continued to June 27th, 2024.
Meeting adjourned at 6:48 PM by Chair Nofziger.
