9. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Borough Council Meeting held on October 5, 2020.
10. Administration and Finance Committee
a. Discussion and if appropriate a motion to authorize a one-time stipend of $1,500
each to Lisa Peffley and Jill Frey, and $750 to Stacie Gibbs for their additional
workload from March to date as stated in Councilor Mike Reese’s Memo.
b. Discussion and if appropriate motion to authorize Stormwater Officer Dave Salley
to utilize the Borough’s Educational Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement
program as recommended by the A/F committee; Proposal to reimburse Dave

11. Public Safety Committee
a. Discussion on and if appropriate motion authorizing the closing of certain
Borough streets and/or alleys for the Winterfest Event as outlined below
1. Delta Street from Main Street to Henry Street; Henry Street from Delta
Street to an area behind the West Main Auto; Apple Tree Alley behind the
Saint Marks Church property; and closure of the one Borough parking lot at
Delta and Henry Street.
b. Discussion on and if appropriate a motion to authorize the hiring of a part time
Borough Police Officer as recommended by the PS committee
c. Motion to accept the resignation of fulitime police officer Paul Cook effective
Friday 23 October 2020 at 0600 hrs.
d. Presentation of the 2021 Police Department draft budget as approved by the PS
committee
