3. Final Reading: An Ordinance to zone AB, Areawide Business
District, an approximately 0.47 acre tract of land and an

Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of

Conditions, and elsewhere within Chapter 156 by modifying all
provisions related to Bed and Breakfast, Short Term Rental, Etc.,
to make consistent with the newly adopted Short Term Rental

3. Approval to demand repayment of the Town’s expenditures on
design to move the road and utilities, and any other expenses
the Town has incurred, from the Medal of Honor Museum
Foundation after their decision to build the museum in another
location.
