Call to Order Mayor Haynie called the meeting to order at 12:34 p.m. Ms. Guang Ming Whitley, Ms. Brenda Corley, Ms. Laura Hyatt, Ms. Kathy Landing, Mr. Tom O’Rourke, Mr. Jake Rambo, Mr. Howard Chapman and Mr. Gary Santos were all present. II. Public Comment There were no public comments. III. Overview of active threat Mr. O’Rourke moved to go into executive session, seconded by Mr. Chapman. Mayor Haynie stated the reason for executive session is to receive a review of building security and evacuation procedures in the event of an active threat. Mr. O’Rourke and Mr. Chapman concurred. All present voted in favor. IV. Executive Session for review of building security and evacuation procedures The meeting was adjourned to executive session at 12:35 p.m. V. Post Executive Session Page 1 of 2  Council may take action on any item, including any subsection of any section, listed on an executive session agenda or discussed in an executive session during a properly noticed meeting. The meeting was reconvened at 12:58 p.m. and Mayor Haynie stated no actions were taken. VI.
