Pleasant Code of Ordinances, Chapter 150, Building Regulations,

Power and Duties, and Procedures of the Old Village Historic

Professional District, to AB-2, Areawide Business District, an

Urban District Ordinance (Ordinance No. 07030, as amended) by
rezoning an approximately 1.99 acre parcel from R-1, Low Density
Residential District, and incorporating it into the PD as part of the
School Tract. Parcel is located at 1432 Hale Road and depicted on
