Committee Meeting Room rd 3 Floor - Mount Pleasant Municipal Complex 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 MINUTES Mayor Will Haynie and Council Members Joe Bustos, Kevin Cunnane, Kathy Landing, Jim Owens, Tom O’Rourke, Gary Santos and Guang Ming Whitley were present. Council Member Bob Brimmer was absent. I. Call to Order Mayor Haynie called the Special Town Council Meeting to order at 11:45 a.m. II. Public Comment [None] III. Adoption: A Resolution declaring Election results of November 5, 2019. (R.19111) Mr. Bustos moved for approval; seconded by Mr. Cunnane. All present voted in favor. Motion to approve carries 8-0.
